Fees & Payments

How we quote, what is included, and what the Department charges separately.

How we quote

Every matter begins with a written statement of services setting out what is included, what is not, and what each item costs. No chargeable work starts before you have accepted it.

What is separate

  • Department of Home Affairs application charges
  • Skills assessment fees
  • English testing
  • Medical examinations
  • Document translation

These are set by third parties and paid directly to them.

Payment

Fees are payable in stages against the milestones named in your statement of services. Ask us at any point for a summary of what has been invoiced and what remains.
