A registered migration agency built on straight answers
We're AusWide Immigration, MARN 2619475, based in Punchbowl, NSW, working with people from around the world who want to build a future in Australia.
Why we exist
Every year, thousands of people dream of building a future in Australia, through study, family, or a new career. But the visa process can feel overwhelming. Forms that ask for things you've never heard of. Government pages that seem to contradict each other. Advice from a relative who applied years ago, when the rules were different.
That's exactly why AusWide Immigration exists. We're a registered migration agency (MARN 2619475) based in Punchbowl, NSW, working with individuals, families, students and skilled professionals from around the world. Whether you're exploring a skilled visa, hoping to reunite with a partner or family member, or planning your studies in Australia, our goal is simple: make the process clearer, and be honest with you every step of the way.
What that looks like in practice
It means telling you early if a pathway isn't open to you, rather than after you've paid for it. It means explaining what each document is actually for, so you're not gathering paperwork blindly. It means preparing an application properly the first time, because most applications that run into trouble do so over thin or inconsistent evidence, not because the applicant was ineligible.
And it means being clear about what we can't do. We can't guarantee outcomes. Nobody can. Decisions are made by delegates of the Minister applying the law to the evidence in front of them. Any agent who promises you a particular result is telling you something that isn't true.
What MARN 2619475 means for you
In Australia, only a registered migration agent may lawfully provide immigration assistance for a fee. Registration is not a formality. It carries obligations.

- Subject to oversight by the Office of the MARA
- You have a formal channel if something goes wrong
Four things you can hold us to
Honesty first
If your plan won't work, we say so, in the first conversation, before you've committed money to it. An adviser who can't name any risks in your case hasn't looked closely enough.
Clarity throughout
Plain-language explanations of what you need, why you need it, and what happens next. You should never be guessing about the state of your own application.
Compliance always
We work within the Migration Agents Code of Conduct. We won't submit anything we know to be inaccurate, and we won't promise outcomes we can't control.
A real relationship
You deal with the person handling your matter. Migration decisions affect families and years of people's lives. They deserve more than a ticketing system.
