Every year, thousands of people dream of building a future in Australia. Here is who we are, how we work, and what you can expect when you sit down with us.

Every year, thousands of people dream of building a future in Australia, through study, family, or a new career. But the visa process can feel overwhelming. Forms that ask for things you have never heard of. Websites that contradict each other. Advice from a cousin who applied in 2014, when the rules were different.

That is exactly why AusWide Immigration exists.

Who we are

We are a registered migration agency (MARN 2619475) based in Punchbowl, New South Wales, working with individuals, families, students and skilled professionals from around the world. Whether you are exploring a skilled visa, hoping to reunite with a partner or family member, or planning your studies in Australia, our goal is simple: make the process clearer, and be honest with you every step of the way.

Being registered matters more than most people realise. Registered migration agents are bound by a Code of Conduct, must maintain professional indemnity insurance, and must complete continuing professional development every year. You can check our registration yourself on the Office of the MARA register, and we would encourage you to check anyone you are considering working with.

How we work

1. We start with an honest assessment

The first conversation is about your actual situation, your qualifications, your history, your timeline, your family. Sometimes that conversation ends with a clear pathway. Sometimes it ends with us telling you that the pathway you had in mind is not currently open, and explaining why. We would far rather tell you that in the first meeting than after you have spent thousands of dollars.

2. We explain the requirements in plain language

Migration law is genuinely complex, but the explanation of what you need to do should not be. You will leave a consultation knowing what documents you need, what each one is for, and what the sequence looks like.

3. We prepare the application properly

Most applications that run into trouble do so because something was thin, missing, or inconsistent, not because the applicant was ineligible. We spend the time on the evidence, because that is where applications are won or lost.

4. We stay with you until there is an outcome

Requests for further information, changes in your circumstances, questions about your bridging visa: these come up. You will not be left to work them out alone.

What we do not do

We do not guarantee outcomes. Nobody can. Any agent who tells you they can secure a particular visa result is telling you something that is not true, and that alone should end the conversation.

We also do not push people toward the most expensive option, or toward a visa that does not suit them. If a straightforward application is right for you, we will tell you that.

Where we work

We are based in Punchbowl, NSW, and we meet clients in person. We also work remotely with clients right across Australia, including Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and regional centres, and with clients who are still overseas. A video consultation works perfectly well for most matters.

Getting started

If you are at the beginning of this and not sure where to start, that is completely normal. Send us a message, call, or reach us on WhatsApp. Tell us roughly where you are up to, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Australia has been built by people who arrived from somewhere else. We would be glad to help you take your turn.
